About: Marlene has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and have worked with any client from athletes to severe rehabilitation clients to those who simply want to get fitter and healthier. She started out in Sweden as a personal trainer, group class instructor and Strength and Conditioning Coach at a football club in the Swedish National League. Moving to London she spent 5 years working at a private rehabilitation clinic that specialised in spinal rehabilitation. In London she also found her passion in Crossfit and became a known athlete within the sport and took part in the Crossfit Games 2014 as part of the 40 Fittest Women on Earth. Marlene believes that in order to achieve a fit and healthy body you need to look at the wholeness of what health is. Your diet, exercise, what makes you relax and recover and what simply makes you happy. Coming from an inactive background to become one of the top athletes in the world she knows how much that can be achieved once you set your mind to it.

Personal Trainer Scandinavian Academy of Fitness Education, Level O Gymnastics coach, Level 1 Womens Artistic Gymnastics Coach, Level 2 Womens Artistic Gymnastics Coach, Level 1 Womens Artistic Gymnastics Judge, Level 2 Womens Artistic Gymnastics Judge, Level 1 Aerobic Gymnastics Coach, kiwigymfun recreation instructor, Assistant swim instructor.
About: Born and raised in New Zealand Hayley was introduced to the sport of gymnastics at a young age and was accepted into a high performance development program in womens artistic gymnastics by age 7. Hayley has been involved in the sport ever since, competing in numerous disciplines including womens artistic gymnastics, trampoline gymnastics and aerobic gymnastics. As well as her many years as a competitive athlete Hayley has also been coaching and judging the sport at a national level. Hayley started her coaching career in New Zealand heading up the competitive boys program before moving to Sweden to pursue a career in teaching where she began coaching a competitive girls squad. Hayley believes in setting clear goals and working hard to achieve them.
