Getting Started
When you are arrive at the forge you will undergo a physical assessment like no other in Kuwait by one of our specialized trainers. The physical assessment is free for all Forge members. The assessment ensures that all of our members/course participants can get the most out of their training by learning about how their own body works. Everyone has a unique starting point at The Forge, we make it possible for not only the instructor to know where that is, but also the client.
Membership: Become a Forge hero through your choice of membership packages from single month to up to one year. Membership entitles you to your choice of 50 min classes offered by the forge, gym access, and discount prices on personal training and specialist courses.
